Come and Sing 2024 - Choir Participation
Saturday 18th May we once again host our very own “Come and Sing”. Under the musical direction of Andrew Cleary, creating a show in just one day to be performed in the evening. For a fee of £10 (including coffee & tea)

About The Event
Looking ahead to the summer, on Saturday 18th May we once again host our very own “Come and Sing”.
Under the musical direction of Andrew Cleary, 30 singers gather together at 10.00am and by 6.30 we will be ready to present a FREE concert of work, rehearsed and performed in a day.
We hope music will include; Summer Nights, Kings of Swing, a Les Miserables compilation, Festival favourite Rhythm of Life and many more.
Singers will rehearse in United Reform Church, Basingwell St from 10.00am until 4.00pm with a break for lunch from 12.30pm until 2.00pm. We will then perform to the public, our friends and family in a FREE concert in St Peter’s Church at 6.30pm.
Coffee and tea will be available for singers during rehearsals and participants can book a ploughman’s buffet with coffee and cake for an additional £7 in The United Reform Church in advance.
