Bishop's Waltham Festival 2024
The festival weekend is back in the grounds of the Palace!
This year we have a vast array of events planned from Friday 28th through to Sunday 30th June 2024 with fantastic outdoor theatre and music for your entertainment!
- 18 May 2024, 10:00 – 16:00United Reform Church, Basingwell Street Lower, Bishop's Waltham, Southampton SO32 1PA, UKSaturday 18th May we once again host our very own “Come and Sing”. Under the musical direction of Andrew Cleary, creating a show in just one day to be performed in the evening. For a fee of £10 (including coffee & tea)
- 28 Jun 2024, 18:30 – 21:30Bishop's Waltham Palace, Station Rd, Bishop's Waltham, Southampton SO32 1DH, UKThe Bishop's Waltham Festival Ceilidh, Set dances, or couples' dances. A "set" consists of four to eight couples, with each pair of couples facing another in a square or rectangular formation. Each couple exchanges position with the facing couple in step with the beat of the music.
- 29 Jun 2024, 14:30 – 23:00Bishop's Waltham Palace, 3 Station Rd, Bishop's Waltham, Southampton SO32 1DH, UKThe music festival is back at its rightful home in the Palace. Doors open at 2.30pm with the music starting at 3pm. We will be catering for all musical tastes from Folk to Blues, Country to Rock, Cheesey sing along to Club Classics ending on an incredible set from Ibiza DJ BRANDON BLOCK
